Fill out the contact form and we will get back to you with our availability. Make sure that you give us as much info as possible. We’d love to know how many models or talents will need services, what the timing looks like for the project (full day? half day? Or will you just need us for initial application?), what location everything will take place at and your budget. Any other details are helpful, so share away and we’ll get back to you ASAP!

+ Are ONLO artists licensed?

Yes. Our Artists are cosmetologists (licensed to provide services for hair, skin and nails). Those who are not cosmetologists are licensed estheticians (licensed to provide makeup/skin services). Having licensed pros on our team means that we have invested in ourselves and abide by the state board regulated sanitation rules to give you services that are not just beautiful, but keep everyone healthy and happy. Our Massage Therapists are also licensed professionals.

+ Do you do trade for portfolio?

While we believe building a portfolio is important, this question is best for each individual artist. Some artists need to gain experience and are open to trade for small projects that work well with their needs. We will always present our artists with opportunities and advocate for their needs. We also believe that our talent and craft is valuable. We often ask for a small fee even for portfolio building. This doesn’t mean we aren’t open for discussion. Test shoots or collaborations are a big part of the industry, and we know this- but we also know we can collectively increase value and standard by being honest about our needs to be paid for our skills and talent.

+ I'm a model and want to work with you!

Awesome! Reach out and let us know what you have in mind. We are always available to book for hair and makeup services out of our studio, so that you can come and get hair and makeup prior to a photo shoot or collab. We also work on our own projects like #LKBK19 and other content creation (monthly!) so feel free to drop us a line because we keep a list of available talent for our own projects- and we usually pay! Email is best, DM’s are not typically answered regularly.

+ What kind of kits do you have for use?

Our artists are diverse, multi faceted and experienced. We can have someone and all the proper tools available for any style of application and need. From traditional applications and styling, natural hair, 3D makeup and adornments, airbrushing in all styles, Special effects, wigs, and more- we are open to discussion about how we can make your vision come to life. We can match you with our pro artists that are perfect for your job. We charge kit fees only when applicable for jobs that require custom items, hair pieces or wigs. We are upfront and transparent about expectations and what it would mean for your project if we know in advance of the needs.

+ Can you put together a test shoot if needed for an upcoming project?

Yes, we can- we have connections throughout the city and can work with you and for you to create a sample of work that is easily shown to higher-ups and as a base for possibilities. We understand that sometimes seeing things first is important, but also will use our professional and expert judgement to ensure we are working efficiently and with purpose in doing a test shoot. We typically need reassurance that the project is confirmed, and it is a case by case situation. Also, there may be cost to the client for this type of shoot.

+ Are you available for hire for projects that need art or creative direction?

Founder and Lead artist Diana DuHaime is also an experienced creative director. You can see samples of her work here. Working with the right team can make or break a project, and knowing where we all stand in our creative expertise is important to the process. + What are your terms for accounts payable?

Typically 30 days. Each job is defined in discussion.

+ Will your team or an artist travel for a job?

Yes, definitely. Let us know where you are headed. We've gone as far as Iceland and Hawaii and are always down for an adventure (and know how to pack perfectly for it).
